ISOphonix SIPs have no ODP (Ozone Depleting Potential) and no GWP (Global Warming Potential). They are also thermally efficient, significantly reducing energy consumption and thereby reducing ‘carbon footprint’.
ISOphonix SIPs are constructed from two pieces of Oriented Strand Board with a high density an EcoMate™ Polyurethane foam core. Specifications are as follows:
Oriented Strand Board
OSB3 is a engineered wood panel produced from sustainable timber resources, assembled with isocyanurate adhesive, it has good moisture resistance, no off gassing, good screw & nail retention and has a certified life expectancy better than 60 years without protection.
OSB 4 is classed as waterproof, we have found this product to be even more water resistant than marine plywood.

Standard SIP widths are available at 30, 60, 90, and 120 cms
Standard SIP lengths are available at 2.4, 2.7 and 3.0 mtrs (orders up to 6.5 mtrs)
